Inspire Homes Wildwood truly stands out from every other community in the area — especially with the amazing 24/7 dog park with turf! As a pet owner, having a clean, well-maintained turf space that’s open around the clock is a total game changer. No mud, no mess, just a safe and beautiful place for my pups to run and play anytime. Beyond that, the entire community is stunning and thoughtfully maintained. The homes feel modern and fresh, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the management team genuinely cares about residents. I just want to start off by saying Kassye has been absolutely AMAZING! She made our move in process from the start of submitting our application, to getting an approval, to finalizing the paper work a breeze. She immediately made us feel welcomed when we toured. And she’s been such and helping hand and a pleasure to talk to as we were preparing to move in. Kristina has also been very friendly and helpful, I can tell the staff as a whole takes their job serious and cares about the residents. They really make this place feel like a welcoming community . Upon moving in everything so far has been exceptional and has exceeded our exceptations. We are so excited that we get to call inspire our new home. This is a great complex close to restaurants and stores. The office staff are very friendly. Maintenance crew is great and efficient with work orders. I do not agree/like the $75 monthly community fee,especially when the events are not really kid friendly. The complex does not have a area for kids to play and we have quite a few kids in the complex. Overall the complex is a nice and quiet area( yes even with the kids) to call home.

Maintenance is great but they need another person. I’ve had a request in for a while and they haven’t been able to come because of how busy they are with the more emergent cases. The front office is great, Kristina is the one we normally speak to and she does everything she can for us.

So far my experience has been pretty good living here but there is a few things I believe that can improve the community experience. 1. The mulch the community decided to lay surrounding all the homes is very horrible. It constantly gets all over the pathway to your home especially during rain storms. Grass would have been 10x better and less messy. It would look 10x pretty having more grass. On top of that the mulch usually should be replaced atleast once a year and it hasn't been changed in over 2 years. The amenities here isn't that great. They don't offer any drinks or snacks at the clubhouse. The pool could barely fit 10 people in it without being on top of each other. Its by far the smallest pool compared to other communities. The entrance gates are consistently out of order. I also consistently have to deal with the power consistently flickering during rain storms. My backyard also gets flooded where its almost about to come thru the back door.

Some issues with trash pick up sometimes, nowhere to toss “bulk” items like small furniture, otherwise very clean and pretty quiet. Unfortunately people keep damaging the gates leaving them open for long periods of time but that’s not really the complex’s fault. Overall nice place to live.

From the moment I arrived, the leasing girls worked quickly and efficiently to get me settled, and that same level of care has remained consistent ever since. The maintenance team is not only reliable, but genuinely kind — they’ve become familiar faces and true friends we love running into. It’s a nice place to live, very quiet. The homes are nice and a good size. Pool and gym are great. The gates can be a little finicky though. There have been a couple times when they started to close when I was halfway through. The backyard area has artificial turf. It was fine when I moved in, but the first time I went to sit out there about a month later, there were weeds everywhere. Overall though, I really like it and am glad I moved here.

Inspire Homes Wildwood is a beautiful place to live. The staff are always consummate professionals and we often see them tending to problems far past posted hours. They are always friendly. The only problem is the gates are constantly having issues. It feels increasingly unsafe, as the gates have been open 24 hours the last few days. Being in the gym at night (when the door does not shut or lock) feels more dangerous because the gates are open and anyone could just walk in.
